Well, it has been a crazy week for us. Last Wednesday, we went in to have a check up and the doctor checked to see if I was dialated. When he checked, he told me I definitely wasn't dialated and that he couldn't feel the baby's head. So, we had an ultrasound done. I guess our baby is a little bit directionally confused - he is breech. His head is right up under my ribs and his bum is right where his head is suppose to be. So, the doctor gave me two options. He said we could try to turn him or we could just schedule a c-section. We decided that we wanted to try everything we could to have him natural, so I went into the hospital on Friday and the doctor tried to turn him. It was a very painful process, and unfortunately he wouldn't turn.
So, we are scheduled to have the baby on Friday, May 23rd at 7:30 AM. Of course this isn't what we planned on or expected, but we are just happy that he is safe and everything looks good. We just want him to be here, no matter how that has to happen. Unless I go into labor on my own, we can plan to meet baby boy Morrison on May 23rd!

You will do fine. I was induced with no epidural and everything worekd out well even though I was planning to go into labor. Good luck. All will go well.
Oh Brynna, I have heard that trying to turn the baby is so painful. you are a tough girl. Thats good that all is well though (other than him being the wrong way, silly goose) good luck and let me know what I can do for you.

I can't wait to meet and play with this precious baby boy. Maybe it will calm my baby craze I am going through (or make it worse).
Bryn, you are my hero! I am sure everything will go fine on the 23rd.. At least you have a date now which is something to look forward to! I haven't talked to you in a while but I get the update when I run with Dustin, so I hope you are well and I want to see you soon!

I know how disappointing it can be when things don't go quite as planned, but you're still in charge and you got to make the decision. You will have a cute baby and that's the best part. I can't wait to see pictures of the little guy! Love, Nat
